Grilled Chicken Kebabs and Giveaway Winner!

Tonight Ian and I made another one of the delicious recipes from Paleo Plan. Tonight’s choice was Grilled Chicken Kebabs with Garlic and Cumin.

They were delicious! They actually tasted a little like chicken fajitas from a Mexican food restaurant. We will definitely be having them again. Ian did most of the prep work so it was pretty easy for me. 🙂 I like meals like that.

Last night, we had planned to cook them, but then realized that they had to marinate overnight. Don’t you hate when that happens? We resorted to one of our go-to meals – spinach gnocchi. We just got a store brand from Central Market last time we were there. It was really delicious too! Best gluten-free pasta I’ve ever had. Plus, I don’t know if you know this…but I have a small obsession with gnocchi.
